Ever since her former boyfriend Dennis Shields shockingly passed away, Bethenny Frankel has been trying to cope with it little by little every day. Yesterday, she took to social media to share with her followers one of the methods she uses to battle the grief.
‘Doing anything in or by the water is life-saving. Beach walks. Ocean swims, wakeboarding, clamming, infrared sauna, jacuzzi and my swim really help,’ the reality TV star tweeted.
As fans know, following the unexpected death, the woman has openly mourned her on again, off again boyfriend online, and she’s made it very clear that it isn’t easy to let him go.
‘When you feel sad, you cry then you just have to force yourself to shift. It’s so hard, but it works.’

The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner officially shared with E! News last week that his cause of death has been ruled – ‘undetermined.’
‘An OCME autopsy was not performed in this case due to a religious objection, upheld by law in such instances where no criminality is suspected,’ a spokesperson told the outlet.
Meanwhile, The New York Post previously reported that he allegedly suffered an overdose and asked his assistant to give him Narcan, but she arrived too late to save him.
The substance is known for being administered in cases of opioid overdose.
