We are only a few weeks away from the Season 6 reunion of Below Deck and Bravo just released a sneak peek at what’s ahead. After a season packed full of drama, the network revealed which yachties will be sitting next to each other during the highly anticipated reunion.

The seating chart features Adrian Martin, Tyler Rowland, Rhylee Gerber, Josiah Carter, and Kate Chastain on one side of Andy Cohen, while Laura Betancourt, Ashton Pienaar, Ross Inia, and Captain Lee Rosbach sit opposite.

While there is a lot to talk about for the reunion, one of the hottest topics will be newcomer Rhylee Gerber, who has picked a fight with just about all of her exterior team mates, including Chandler Brooks, Pienaar and Inia (who happened to be seated across from her in the reuion).

One of the biggest issues with Gerber is her apparent lack of respect for authority and rank, which is a major issue for the rest of the crew. According to Bravo TV , Gerber recently opened up about her problems this season and admitted that it has been difficult getting used to her position as a junior deckhand.

Gerber is a captain of her own fishing vessel in Alaska and is not used to taking orders. This is one reason why she had problems obeying the rank system and constantly wanted to learn how everything worked on the yacht.

Although she has clashed with so many people this season, Gerber claims that most of her altercations were justified.

“I’m not just gonna fly off the handle for no reason,” she explained. “It was warranted because of how I felt I was treated.”

Gerber added that she is proud to be a captain in Alaska, which didn’t go over well with Captain Rosbach. During the Below Deck Aftershow , Rosbach admitted that if he hears Gerber talk about being a captain one more time he might “throw up.”

Fans can catch all the drama when new episodes of Below Deck air Tuesday nights on Bravo.

Too bad Capt. Lee didn't get the particulars of Rhylee's outbursts during the trip or she probably would have been, at the very least, brought down a few pegs (like Laura) by Capt. Lee, or given her plane tickets back. Just because she was a captain on another boat doesn't mean she can be disrespectful to her superiors on this boat. And to say that she's "not used to taking orders" is just a lame excuse for being a bitch to her bosses. She signed on knowing that she was not the "captain", or the "bosun" and having piloted her own boats then she is very well aware that there is a pecking order and that everyone needs to know their place. If she wanted more responsibility, instead of acting like a hormonal teenager she should have just gone to Chandler/Ross and asked to do more. And I'm sure her family must be thrilled seeing her antics on national television. They must be cringing in embarrassment ...

It's time Captain Lee watches the show and realize how immature and unprofessional Kate is. She has no business being in charge of anyone. People in leadership do not act out of jealousy and insecurity. Nor do they disrespect and talk about their subordinates. Kate has massive problems. getting along with people every season. Come on Captain Lee make her abuse stop!!
