Kylie Jenner is in another awkward situation. Her ex-boyfriend, Tyga, recently dropped a remix to Kodak Black and Travis Scott’s latest single titled “ZEZE.”
It’s clear that Tyga has won this battle because listeners took to social media to say that the former Cash Money rapper gave fans the delivery that the beat deserved.
One person took to Twitter to say: “Tyga killed zeze…its his beat now.”
While another commented on the artist’s Instagram: “This was not a beat that Travis could rap through. You got that island sound on lock, It should’ve been given to you in the first place but better late than never my dude.”
A Tyga stan also added: “As far as I’m concerned Tyga and Swae saved the ZeZe beat, just like I prayed for.”
This isn’t the first time Tyga and Travis have been pit against each other. When Kylie Jenner gave birth to Stormi Webster, many people thought that the baby favored the “KUWK” star’s ex instead of her current boyfriend.
Since Tyga released the summer anthem “Taste,” he has been riding the momentum of his regained popularity. Earlier this summer, the “ZEZE” musician said in a freestyle that he ‘broke the curse.’
In an interview, the 28-year old revealed: “Anybody that has doubted me, held me back, tried to block me behind the scenes or spread negative energy or stories on me… whoever try to curse me, it doesn’t matter: The curse is broken.”
He continued to explain: “I know what people want from me. There’s too much going on in the world, and life is too short. Everybody has to have fun, and I’ma supply that background music for you. “I don’t look for the pat on the back. Hopefully the universe sees that and blesses me, which I feel like is kind of happening… which is weird. I haven’t even reached what I know I’m capable of yet.”
