Audrina Patridge is living her best life despite just getting a temporary restraining order against her former husband! The Hills: New Beginnings proved that nothing can get her down when she took to social media to share some pics and vids featuring her and her 3 year old daughter, Kirra.

According to Audrina, this week, they were able to hit a ‘nice reset!’

The slideshow of pics and videos that the reality TV star posted on her Instagram account were from her vacation with her child and it was pretty clear that they were really enjoying their outing.

In the caption, Audrina wrote that ‘A little staycation getaway is always a nice reset,’ letting her many followers know she is doing great after the drama with her, ex, Corey Bohan.

A few days prior, it was reported that the women filed a motion for a domestic violence restraining order against Bohan.

Court documents The Blast obtained and shared show that Audrina’s request was granted by a judge.

That being said, Bohan is now required by law to stay at least a hundred yards away from his former wife, as well as their daughter.

As for the time period, it looks like he will have to respect the restraining order until later this month when the next hearing is scheduled.

The two were married for no more than 10 months before Audrina filed for divorce back in September of 2017.

A month after, the woman was granted full custody of Kirra.

Last December, their divorce was finalized.

About their ongoing legal battle, Audrina revealed during an episode of the reboot that ‘On the personal side of things, it is just court and custody, just everything at once. It gets hard. It has been so hard lately. You get used to having someone there all the time, and then it is just getting used to being on your own. And being a single mom, it's hit me today.’
