This piece of news struck everyone out of the blue as you will learn here. The Shade Room just revealed that Cuba Gooding Jr .'s lawyer might be the winner of weird things to say in a courtroom.

TSR notes that 'Cuba has been fighting numerous sexual assault allegations, and his legal help has presented an interesting argument about women's negative feelings about their bodies.'

TSR cites TMZ and notes that 'Cuba and his lawyer, Peter Toumbekis, appeared in a Manhattan courthouse on Thursday for a preliminary hearing for his trial. While presenting their argument, Toumbekis reportedly raised the idea that a woman's insecurity about having small breasts can directly impact how she views reality, especially in relation to sexual assault.'

It's been also revealed that according to the latest reports, 'Toumbekis reportedly used one of Gooding's accuser's blog posts as evidence, where she spoke about women's self-esteem and body issues.'
