Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher are looking to get out of LA's high-end real estate market, which has been negatively impacted by the coronavirus pandemic since it first started taking hold in the United States back in March of this year.

Page Six reported today that the two actors are asking for $14 million for their home in Coldwater Canyon. It was the first marital property they ever bought and it also acted as their primary residence as well. The outlet says that it's in the mountains of Beverly Hills within a gated community called Hidden Valley.

While one might assume Mila and Ashton are selling it due to financial hardship, it turns out that they're building a much bigger home in the same area. At the moment, they're living in a $10 million oceanfront home in the town of Carpinteria, California.

It's very possible that Mila and Ashton are making such a big switch on account of a new addition to their family. Earlier this year, Charisse Van Horn reported on rumors that Mila and Ashton were considering having another baby.

A source who spoke with OK! Magazine near the beginning of May said that Ashton and Mila's relationship was going so strong that they were talking about having another child. Apparently, the pair are a great fit for each other because quarantine clearly hasn't impacted their relationship.

The same thing can't be said for other celebrity couples, including Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy. Earlier this year, it was reported that Olivier and the Full House alum were getting a divorce after Mary-Kate rushed to the New York City courts to ask for an emergency divorce.

As it was previously reported, Mary-Kate said she was being forced out of her home with Olivier and she worried about finding a place to say in the middle of a pandemic.

Not long after, it was reported that Olivier had his ex-wife come live in the home that he and Mary-Kate lived in, much to Mary-Kate's chagrin.
