Are Josh Duhamel and Fergie Expecting Their Second Child?
Is there a baby on board? Fergie has heard the circulating rumors regarding her and husband, Josh Duhamel, adding to their little family. She was asked about these constant rumors when she visited radio station 103.5 KTU to talk about her upcoming album. The singer was direct when addressing the rumors stating she's heard them but doesn't know where they come from.
There has even been speculation that the couple, who already have one son Axl, 4, may be looking into adoption.
A very specific rumor to have materialized out of nowhere, it's unclear if adoption has always been something the couple has been interested in or if Fergie's age played a factor in that decision. However, Fergie isn't confirming anything at this point.
"I have no idea what's in the future. Right now, I just turned all of my videos in yesterday to everybody. It's like I'm birthing a different kind of baby. I feel like I'm birthing this thing out. It didn't come from my belly but it came from my soul," explained the singer.
It seems that her music career is taking precedence over expanding the family, at least for now. Fergie spoke excitedly about her new upcoming album and the incorporations of sound and mixing she experimented with.
The album is set for release on September 22nd and much like the trend lately, every single song has a corresponding music video.
Fergie and Duhamel have been married for eight years and when asked what keeps their relationship strong, Fergie explained that it's all in the element of surprise. That doing the same routine can be boring and monotonous and switching it up is absolutely necessary. For her? She likes costumes.
Fergie admits that while she enjoys playing cops and robbers or superheroes with her son, she also has an adult-only set of costumes for her and Duhamel's eyes only.
Whether they're having fun partaking in the baby making process or they're seriously considering adoption, this couple understands the joys of both their careers, parenthood and marriage.
