Apollo Nida will be a free man soon. The first thing on his list is to make up for lost time with his two sons that suffered the most while he paid the price for his illegal activities during a jail sentence that spanned over half of a decade.

Nida (who was released to a halfway house, rearrested, and released to a halfway house again) took to social media to send a public message that insinuated that Real Housewives of Atlanta alum is keeping him from seeing his children.

The personal trainer posted an adorable photo of his two boys alongside a caption that read: 'DON’T WORRY ! We will be together soon, No matter what, she can’t keep us apart. The fight will not stop to be a good DAD!!! There’s not a day that goes by I don’t think of the 2 of u. LOVE AND MISS YA SO MUCH.#dayonedad #alwaysbeenthere#fathershaverightstoo,'

The post received a comment from Cynthia Bailey's ex-husband who was shocked that he took it public and said that it wasn't good.

The majority of the other messages came from fans that said that he shouldn't bash Phaedra considering that she has been a good mother while he was serving his prison sentence.

It is unknown if Parks is actually keeping the kids away from him considering that he is in a halfway house. He may expect her to travel from wherever she is to come and see him which would be a lot of work.

The attorney may be hesitant to allow Dylan and Ayden to get close to their father right now because they were heartbroken the last time they were told he was out of prison only to find out that just days before Father's Day he violated his conditions and was sent back to the penitentiary.

She opened up about it last month.

'My sons have been through a lot, they’ve seen a lot of good things, they’ve seen a lot of bad things and nobody’s life is going to be perfect, so we’re just going to continue and keep our schedules as they have been and we’re going to hope and pray that Apollo can get it together.'
