During this season of Real Housewives of Orange County, there has been a lot speculation from the cast about the relationship of Vicki Gunvalson and her boyfriend, Steve Lodge. The latest Housewife to weigh in on what the future holds for Gunvalson and Lodge is newbie Gina Kirschenheiter, who talked about it during a recent appearance on Watch What Happens Live.
When host Andy Cohen asked Kirschenheiter if she thinks Gunvalson and Lodge will last, she replied that the OG of the OC is committed to the relationship, but we will have to wait and see what happens.
“I feel like Vicki commits to every relationship she has in a big way, but then something happens along the way. So, I think right now she’s fully committed. We’ll see,” said Kirschenheiter.
According to Bravo’s Daily Dish, Gunvalson and Lodge are still going strong after two and a half years together. All fans have to do is check out their social media posts to see how much they love each other.
Earlier this month, Gunvalson posted a message to Lodge on Instagram, thanking him for calming the storms that enter her life and making her happy. And, Lodge recently wrote that he is proud of Gunvalson and her accomplishments, and she is the hardest working person he knows. He added that nothing slows her down, and her company’s growth is impressive. He is also excited to see her future successes.
After this week’s episode of RHOC, Gunvalson wrote in her blog that she didn’t like how everything played out. In the explosive episode, Shannon Beador faced verbal attacks from the rest of the cast over her negative behavior since filing for divorce. But, Gunvalson couldn’t figure out why newbies Emily Simpson and Kirschenheiter were so obsessed with being friends with Beador in the first place.
Gunvalson wrote that it is clear that Simpson and Kirschenheiter don’t have an authentic interest in Beador’s life, and friendships happen naturally over time and are never good when they are forced. She added that it is like the two women are obsessed with talking about it, but just because they hang out with Beador doesn’t make them her best friends.
Also, Vicki Gunvalson didn’t like that the women prodded Tamra Judge about her friendship with Beador and said that it was frustrating to watch Kirschenheiter intentionally try to drive a wedge between them.
