David Eason is facing legal trouble after allegedly pulling a gun on a woman near his property. Sandra Britt, a 57-year-old real estate agent, filed charges against Jenelle Evans’ husband after he brandished a gun and threatened to shoot her earlier this week.
Britt filed her complaint with authorities in Columbus County, North Carolina. She claims that Eason drew a handgun from his side and told her that he will shoot if she did not leave his property.
“I saw the gun,” Britt shared. “It was a handgun and it was right on his side. He told me, ‘Yes I have a gun and I will shoot you.'”
The real estate agent told Radar Online that she is not afraid of Eason and never drove onto his property. She also called him “crazy” and said she decided to press charges because Eason refused to leave her alone.
Britt revealed that police officers were well aware of Eason’s escalating behavior. They also allegedly told her that they wanted him to leave the county because he is a huge menace to everyone.
It is unclear what kind of trouble Eason is in for pulling out a gun, but Britt plans to take things a step further. She is intent on suing the former Teen Mom star for defamation after he shared photos of her car on social media.
Eason made disparaging comments about Britt as well, calling her a “child molester” at one point. Britt, who is a grandmother, assured Teen Mom fans that she has never harmed anyone and does not plan on starting now.
The gun scandal is hardly the only thing on Eason’s plate. After the most recent episode of Teen Mom 2, Eason took to social media and accused Evans’ baby daddy, Nathan Griffith, of sexually abusing a minor when he was underage.
The accusations came after Griffith shared photos of what looked like marks on his son, Kaiser’s, body. Griffith believes David Eason is responsible for the swat marks, though Eason has denied abusing the child.
