Aerosmith is joining the ranks of other Vegas performers as the band is taking on a Sin City residency of their own. Their show, “Deuces Are Wild,” taken from their song title from 1994, will begin on the 6th of April, 2019, at the Park Theater at MGM Grand.
Reportedly, the legendary band, fronted by Steven Tyler and Joe Perry, will have a total of 18 shows during April, June, and July. Tickets will cost between $75 and $750.
During the same period, Las Vegas visitors will also have the choice between Lady Gaga and the band, who are performing at similar times. Lady Gaga starts in December and will run all the way through November 2019.
The band revealed the news collectively on the Today Show before they entertained fans at the Rockefeller Plaza with a few of their classic songs. However, just a few days prior during a Sirius XM Radio interview, Joe Perry let the news slip.
According to Joe Perry, who plays the lead guitar, the band has been “out of the wind for a while,” and they think it would be a good idea to “bring some of the history back.” Perry said their show will feature many things they normally wouldn’t be able to do on the road, but they’d still have “all the guts of Aerosmith.”

Joey Cramer, the drummer, said the concert will showcase the almost “50 years of being together,” and fans, as soon as they enter the Park Theater, will feel some of that history.
In other news, Aerosmith’s original tour van was found abandoned in the woods of a small Massachusetts town. As fans of the band know, they met first in Boston in 1969 but didn’t release their first album until 1973.
In 2001, the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame gave them an official spot, and Steven Tyler and Joe Perry made it into the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2013.
