We are used to Adele reminding us about her past relationships and heartbreaks in her song, and that's why it's a surprise that the artist is very happy in her love life these days. Her boyfriend, Simon Konecki, recently surprised her with a very romantic gesture, in order to celebrate the 5th anniversary of their relationship at a concert she held in Nashville, Tennessee, last Monday.

Her long-term partner surprised her with thousands of messages scribbled on pieces of confetti that filled the stage at the end of the show. She has with him a three-year-old son named Angelo. Usually, the confetti that falls down at the end of Adele's shows is white and has a song lyric on every piece. Instead, Simon switched the papers and put some pink notes writing messages like "You are an angel", "Happy anniversary" and "I love you".

While she was interpreting the famous hit Rolling in the Deep, Adele interrupted the concert and exclaimed "We've got pink confetti tonight!". Her fans expressed their delight for the heartwarming surprise on Twitter.

This sweet gesture on behalf of her partner comes soon after Adele declared that she wants to be a mother again when it all ends. The Mirror reported that the 28-year-old singer confessed to her Nashville audience on Saturday that she wants to give Angelo, her son, a brother or a sister. She also told them that her son will be turning four soon.

Though it might not seem that important, she declared that it is important to her, because she feels that after four years old they are not your baby anymore. Moreover, she added that she feels the need to have another baby, but that she won't take care of this issue until she ends the tour. This is an interesting change of opinion, since only last July she said she doesn't want to be a mother again too soon.
