Actor Robert Forster has died at the age of78. The talented star is being mourned by several celebrities, who had the privilege of knowing and working with him.
Forster passed away on Friday after a long battle with brain cancer. His publicist confirmed the sad news.
The actor was best known for his role in Jackie Brown as bail bondsman Max Cherry, which earned him an Oscar nomination. He was also famous for his role on Breaking Bad as Ed "the Disappearer." It was a role he recently reprised in the Netflix film El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie and would end up being the last one he played.
Fans also know Forster as the father of Tim Allen's Mike Baxter on Last Man Standing , Bud Baxter. Forster made a brief appearance as Bud last year, as a figment of Mike's imagination after it was revealed the character died.

"I'm saddened today by the news that Robert Forster has passed away. A lovely man and a consummate actor. I met him on the movie Alligator 40 years ago, and then again on BB. I never forgot how kind and generous he was to a young kid just starting out in Hollywood. RIP Bob," wrote Bryan Cranston.
