A Movie About Prince Harry And Meghan Markle’s Romance And Engagement Is In The Works!

According to new reports, the incredible love story between Meghan Markle and Prince Harry will make for an exciting Lifetime film! Apparently, they are getting ready to take their romance to the small screen.
Reportedly, the TV movie is set to premiere a lot sooner than you’d probably imagine – later this year!
The announcement was made by Lifetime’s head of programming Liz Gateley during Television Critics Association press tour.
Sadly we are yet to know more details aside from the fact that it will chronicle the royal pair’s romance as well as their highly-publicized engagement.
In addition, the title will allegedly be Harry and Meghan: The Royal Love Story.
As you may remember, after secretly dating for about a year or so and then some time openly, the pair announced their engagement back in November of 2017.
The popular couple was first introduced by a mutual friend and proceeded to date soon after.
We are sure the movie will also touch upon the controversy of Meghan being American, an actress, biracial and even divorced.
As you probably know already, the Royal family is generally known for being very traditionalistic, proper and not really keen on adding any culturally diverse people to their blue-blooded bunch.
But while the Queen and the rest of the palace seemed to welcome Meghan with open arms, a lot of people, either from the inner circles of British politicians or commoners, presented attitudes that can only be described as racist and discriminatory.
The one to direct the upcoming film is Menhaj Huda, who also worked on the popular TV show The Royals.
Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss are going to be the executive producers.
Although the release date has not yet been announced, we believe that it might come out before the pair’s wedding on May 19.
