Even though Danielle Mullins and her husband Mohamed Jbali are now divorced, it looks like their legal war is not even close to over! We have learned that the 90 Day Fiancé celeb has decided to sue her ex from hell for $12,500.
According to court documents, on September 8, Mullins filed a lawsuit against her former significant other.
First of all, the woman claimed she assisted Jbali financially so he could travel from Tunisia to the United States at the beginning of their relationship.
In addition, once he was in America, she continued to provide for him and pay all of his living expenses.
‘Defendant committed fraud against Plaintiff by luring Plaintiff into a romantic relationship to secure funds and immigration status. As a result of Defendant’s fraudulent actions, Plaintiff has been economically harmed in the amount of approximately $10,000,’ the papers read.
The second clause of action claims that the two of them received a joint check of $5,000 for appearing on 90 Day Fiance.
Danielle says that the money was placed into his checking account.
As fans of the popular reality show certainly remember, earlier this year, in March, the couple split.
Initially, Danielle tried to get an annulment and not a divorce in an attempt to get the man deported.
She claimed Jbali never cared about her and only used her so he could get his green card.
Prior to their divorce, the man called the police on her for creating a DirecTV account in his name, stealing his money, ruining his clothes and other similar actions.
However, none of the cases ended up going to court.
Another reason that caused them to break up was alleged infidelity from Jbali’s part.
Mullins accused her now ex-husband of cheating on her with multiple women.
Meanwhile, an insider claimed she also dated two married men, simultaneously.
Both Mullins and Jbali have denied the accusations made against them.
