Will Bill Cosby avoid a prison sentence?

Bill Cosby is in great trouble it seems. The actor might not be able to avoid jail time for the rape allegations that he was accused of.
Sources say that Cosby is looking to strike a plea deal with the prosecutors that might exempt him from prison time for his alleged crimes.
As we have reported before, Bill Cosby has been accused and charged with three accounts of felony by a Philadelphia college student.
What is even worse, the comedian has also been accused of drugging and raping over 50 women. Some of them have come out publicly to talk about the horrible crimes the old man did against their will. Now, the man is trying to obtain a deal with the court on the basis if his old age and legal blindness, explaining that he is unable to recognize the accusers’ faces because of that, therefore he might be punished for something he hasn’t done.
A source close to Cosby revealed information about the plea, saying:
“He and his family, including his wife, Camille, are adamant that Bill won’t be able to convince a jury to let him off. Cosby and his family believe he’ll be eligible for a sentence of just probation . . . and remove the threat of him dying in prison. They are hoping that the district attorney will feel as though he’s won with a plea deal and they’re thinking that the DA will consider Cosby’s age, his medical condition, the fact that he’s paid the victim on the case millions, and the fact that his career is over.”
The District Attorney’s Office in Pennsylvania refused to comment about the case, or the plea deal. This shows that Bill Cosby has little confidence in his chances of avoiding a lengthier prison sentence for his alleged crimes.
Do you think Bill Cosby’s age is enough reason to pardon him for what he has done?
