Roseanne Barr continues to offend people even after her massive racist tweet scandal that led to her titular show’s cancelation. Today, Whoopi Goldberg fired back at the comedian after she retweeted one altered pic of Whoopi wearing a shirt showing Donald Trump shoot himself in the head!
‘Out of curiosity @ABC and @Disney, this is okay with you? Hypocrisy on the Left is sickening! You’re Pathetic! #BoycottABC #IStandWithRoseanne,’ she wrote alongside the said photo.
Since then, Roseanne has deleted her post, probably after realizing she had made yet another mistake.
While on The View, Goldberg addressed Barr’s post and explained the edited picture’s origins.
‘In her Twitter rant following the cancellation, she also retweeted a false picture of me, so here we go again. Here’s the truth about the shirt I was wearing at the Women’s March in New York. It clearly says: ‘And you thought I was a nasty woman before? Buckle up, buttercup.’ Now, some bonehead Photoshopped a horrific image on the shirt, and she retweeted this,’ Goldberg said.
The actress went on to say that Barr should know that she is the only one responsible for her show getting canceled.
‘So this is what I am going to say. Roseanne, just because you were caught with your pants down, do not try to drag other people down with you, so you understand? Do not do that. Because there’s times when you just gotta suck it up because you stepped in doo. It is easy to do because it is red meat. I did not fake my shirt. Someone else faked my shirt. But that is your tweet. That tweet came from you. So, that is yours. You did this to yourself.’
