TLC has finally dropped the new trailer for season 7 of Counting On and fans are finally getting any idea of what they can expect to see from the constantly-growing Duggar family. In the video, the cast talks about some of the developments of the past few months, but what is most noticeable to fans is the plethora of PDA from all the young couples. What will their dad, Jim Bob, say when he sees what his kids are up to?
The Christian Post is reporting that the new clip reveals that cameras followed Joy-Anna Duggar and her new husband, Austin Forsyth, while they honeymooned in Switzerland, and it is clear that the newlyweds enjoyed spending time together without a chaperone. They literally couldn’t keep their hands off of each other.
“During our relationship, all the way up to our wedding day, we had never been alone together, so it was really amazing being on our honeymoon — just being by ourselves,” said Joy-Anna.
As every Duggar fan knows, Joy-Anna and her husband are expecting their first baby any day now, which means that they conceived on their wedding night or during the first days of their honeymoon.
It looks like Joy-Anna and her husband are taking after her dad, who is a big fan of PDA with his wife, Michelle. Of course, he only approves of it if the couple is married. Otherwise, touching is not allowed.
The new season of Counting On will also feature Jinger Duggar and her husband Jeremy Vuolo, who are also expecting their first baby, and the engagement and wedding of Joseph Duggar and his new wife, Kendra Caldwell Duggar.
The new Mrs. Duggar confusingly states in the promo that she thinks they need more chaperones because as they get closer to walking down the aisle, the temptation and desires are getting stronger. She says this as Joseph tries to figure out where to touch her waist during a photoshoot. He didn’t look comfortable.
But, they apparently are quite comfy with each other now. Just like his sisters, Joseph is expecting his first baby this summer with Kendra, and the pregnancy announcement came just weeks after they tied the knot.
Even though there are a lot of exciting things going on for these young couples, there are two married Duggar children who won’t be part of the show this time around.
It is no surprise that disgraced brother Josh and his wife Anna won’t be a part of season seven. TLC has all but banned him from the network after his molestation and cheating scandal, and fans don’t seem to have any interest in finding out what is going on with him.
And, for the first time in over a decade, Jill Duggar will not be on a reality TV show after the network fired her husband because he made insensitive remarks on Twitter toward transgender teen Jazz Jennings.
Counting On returns to TLC on Monday, February 26th.
