The drama intensifies once again on Real Housewives of Orange County. If you’re a fan of the show there is no way you don’t remember the shocking news in season 10 that Vicki Gunvalson’s ex Brooks Ayers pretended to be a cancer patient. It turned out, however that it was all a scheme to attract attention and the illness was completely fake! Who does that?
During the reunion of the original cast in the 11th season on Monday, no one could help but question Vicki’s involvement in the whole scheme. The reality TV star help her ground and argued for her innocence in the disturbing lie, saying how much she regretted not being more inquisitive about the man’s health.
Vicki went on by blaming her lack of knowledge on her busy schedule.
“The problem was, I was at a place where I was really busy and I didn’t spent a lot of time with Brooks when he was doing all his stuff… Obviously they were right — you all were right and I was wrong. I’m good admitting that. I don’t care anymore. I’m over it.”
Furthermore, the star said she was really embarrassed by the whole scandal even though her ex was not always bad, everything just got to a point where he went over the line.
“I was made a fool of through it — and I believed him… I really, sincerely learned a lot from him. It wasn’t all bad, but it ended horribly.”
Vicki did not deny her feelings for him are still there however.
“You guys didn’t know him the way I knew him. There was a point in time where I really felt he had my back and he really was a great guy. It’s been an evolution of emotions. And I really through he was my soulmate.”
That is so sad, poor Vicki, we hope she’ll be alright.
