Vanderpump Rules star Lala Kent has a lot of decisions to make about her upcoming wedding to Randall Emmett, but she isn’t in any hurry. Kent recently revealed in an interview that she and Emmett were taking things slow and enjoying the process after getting engaged, but one thing she is trying to figure out is what kind of gown she will wear.
“Which way will Lala go? Will she be classic, or will she be gangster? You never know,” Kent told US Weekly. “Maybe both. Gangster-chic.”

The 28-year-old went on to reveal that she is the “worst bride-to-be ever” because all she has done is scroll through Instagram and save dresses that she likes. Plus, they haven’t set a date yet, but are shooting for a 2020 wedding.
Emmett proposed on the beach in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on September 1st. The couple kept their romance a secret for two years before admitting on New Year’s Eve last year that they were dating.
Kent refused to talk specifically about her relationship with Emmett in recent seasons of VPR, and she says that it was “weird” to actually say Emmett’s name during Season 7. She explained that she hid Emmett and his name for so long, that once she started actually saying his name, it felt like Voldemort, saying the name that shouldn’t be spoken.
She said that it was fun to keep things secret for a while, but it started to get difficult to not say his name when the entire cast knew Emmett and were friends with him.
Kent says that Emmett will never appear on Vanderpump Rules, but she is open to sharing her wedding planning with fans. She added that she feels like she needs to keep Emmett in the loop with everything that she says on the show because she doesn’t want him to be blindsided by things.
Kent says that she did sign up for the show and she will share her wedding plans. But Emmett is a bit wounded by things that have happened on the show in the past, so he is not going to film.
The couple did appear together on a recent episode of Flipping Out while Jeff Lewis was remodeling Emmett’s home. Kent says that it was nice to see herself outside of the VPR cast, and fans got to see her at home with her fiancé, building their life together.
Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules premieres Monday, December 3rd on Bravo.
