Faith Stowers has been in the media ever since the bombshell revelation dropped that she and Jax Taylor slept together. This season of “Vanderpump Rules” centers heavily around the cheating scandal that rocked Jax and Brittany Cartwright’s relationship. Since she turned down the offer to stay on the show, Faith has been doing interviews to get her side of the story across.
In a sit-down with “Entertainment Tonight” on Facebook Live, Stowers revealed new details on what led up to her hook up with the model.
Faith claims that Jax actually was pursuing her for about a year before they did the deed! She goes on to say that she tried telling Scheana Marie and Ariana Madix about the situation so they could warn Brittany, but they brushed it off as something that’s not a big deal because that’s just how Jax is.
The former military member explained that she wasn’t close enough to Cartwright to go to her with the information herself so she never did.
In addition to Jax sliding into her messages, she said that Scheana Marie’s now ex-husband was also in her DM’s at one point.
The question that comes to mind is: Why didn’t Faith just stay on the show to clear her name?
Well, the way reality shows are set up, it wouldn’t have been that simple. Faith would have had to be okay with being the villain and looking like ‘the side chick’ when in reality Jax told her that they weren’t together and was actually pursuing her longer than just that night.
Faith also mentioned that her storyline was boring compared to the others. She wanted to bring diversity to the show by displaying her experiences being in the military, going to school in different places, and showing her talents — but that’s not really what “Vanderpump Rules” is about.
As far as the infamous recording goes, she said that it was taken because she was making music at the time that Jax came over.
This comes after it was revealed that Brittany Cartwright knew more than she lead on. Most recently, Faith told that Brittany and her friends would bully her by calling her names and calling from different numbers.
