It’s never easy when your favorite television show is cancelled, and the Season 6 finale and reunion of Vanderpump Rules has fans worrying that it’s next on the chopping block. Will Bravo renew Vanderpump Rules for a seventh season?
Season 6 of Vanderpump Rules brought a lot of change for the staffers at SUR. Between the grand opening of Tom Tom, Vanderpump’s newest business venture, and Jax’s departure from SUR, many fans felt as though the series was coming to a fitting conclusion. Although there were a lot of changes this year, fans can rest assured that we haven’t seen the last of Vanderpump and company.
Worry not Pump Rules fans! Bravo has officially signed on for another season of Vanderpump Rules. The network just announced all the shows it will be bringing back next year, and Vanderpump Rules was officially on the list.
Other series that got the green light include Don’t Be Tardy, Shahs of Sunset, Flipping Out, and several Real Housewives locations, including Beverly Hills, Atlanta, Orange County, Dallas and New Jersey. Jerry Leo, the vice president of programming for Bravo, released a statement explaining the network’s stance on the renewals.
“Our brand offers a unique environment for our viewers to escape with drama that is fun and funny, yet far from their normal reality,” he explained.
Filming for Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules is not expected to begin for a few more months. Production for the show usually starts in the summer months while the season premieres in the late fall or early winter. If that holds true for Season 7, then we’ll probably get new episodes sometime in late 2018 or early 2019 at the latest.

We do not know what to expect in the upcoming season, but there is a lot of potential for new storylines. With Tom Tom opening soon, Vanderpump and Ken will need to hire some new faces for the bar. There is also a chance that Jax gets hired on at Tom Tom, which would be a nice way to keep him in front of the cameras.
Although Jax and Brittany broke things off this season, we already know that they made amends and are back together, so fans will likely want to see their relationship grow or implode next season.
Stay tuned for a premiere date for Season 7 of Vanderpump Rules.
