Tom Sizemore came out to deny the claim that he sexually assaulted an 11-year-old girl during the filming of Natural Born Killers according to a report from The Daily Mail. During his statement to the publication, he said, “I never, nor would I ever, sexually touch a child.”
The actor said he has done “many things” he’s not proud of but molesting a child is not one of them. He added the allegations are “completely untrue and unfounded.”
The 55-year-old star of Saving Private Ryan said he finds the claims against him “disturbing” as well as “repulsive.”
As you may already know, Tom’s declarations of no-wrongdoing come just a week after The Hollywood Reporter published a report stating that he allegedly molested an 11-year-old girl during the filming of Natural Born Killers starring Tommy Lee Jones, Woody Harrellson, Robert Downey Junior, and Juliette Lewis.
Despite his claims to the contrary, according to The Reporter, more than a dozen cast-and-crew members saw the incident or had heard about the altercation which took place during a photo scene.
The news organization claims the child was required to sit on Sizemore’s lap and he supposedly rubbed her genitals with his fingers.
Not long after producers became aware of the allegation, they removed Sizemore from the set. They looked at the photos as well but couldn’t decide if the claim was true or not. Additionally, the parents of the girl talked to the police, but no charges were ever laid.
Tom has found himself in many altercations with police due to his history of drug use. He served jail time for assaulting Heidi Fleiss and was dropped by his firm shortly after. In 2007, Sizemore appeared on Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew and pleaded no contest to two misdemeanor charges of domestic abuse.
