We all know that Tom Cruise is a dedicated Scientologist, but who would have guessed his beliefs would ever get in the way of his family. The actor has the right to visit his daughter, Suri Cruise, every 10 days per month, but inside sources claim he skips the visits because she is not a Scientologist.
Cruise shares his daughter with ex-wife Katie Holmes, who is also not a Scientologist. The pair tied the knot in 2006 and broke up six years later. The divorce reportedly surprised Cruise, who allegedly forced Holmes to sign an agreement to never talk about the church in public.

Holmes only agreed to the conditions because she wanted to get out of the marriage as quickly as possible. The Top Gun star has not been spotted with Suri for the past five years.
As part of her agreement, sources speculate that Holmes is also not allowed to contact her former friend, Leah Remini, who left the Church of Scientology a few years ago.
According to Us Magazine, Remini is an outspoken critic of Scientology and hanging out with her would be considered going against the church. That is one reason why Holmes has not been spotted with Remini ever since the divorce.

“We used to be close friends,” Remini shared in September. “It’s quite sick, really.”
Karin Pouw, the spokesperson for the Church of Scientology, released a statement saying Remini’s comments were completely fabricated.
Pouw claims that the King of Queens star is spreading lies about the organization out of anger and greed. Cruise has not commented on the rumors surrounding his relationship with Suri.
Katie Holmes has also remained silent on the issue of her split with Tom Cruise, and it is possible that their divorce agreement forbids her from talking about the marriage to the media.
