The actress and comedian’s career has finally soared, and she couldn’t be happier. Tiffany Haddish knows what struggling in life really means but now she can proudly say that she has her very own Showtime special, is a frequent guest on many TV talk shows, has multiple starring roles and much more!
But that doesn’t mean she’s forgotten her humble beginnings and how much she’s been through to achieve her dreams.
Speaking of, she has some advice for those who are now where she used to be.
While in attendance at the BlackKklansman premiere, Haddish talked to HollywoodLife, sharing with the outlet some very inspirational words.
‘I got on stage every single night. It’s something I love. So, I put the work in. If you love it, put the work in. Put in the work and you’ll go right up to the top,’ she told struggling comedians.
Tiffany has no less than four movies set to be released by the end of this year and three more for 2019 – there is no doubt she is very successful.
But Tiffany doesn’t feel like taking all the credit for it.
‘This is not just my success. It’s a whole team of people behind me that help me do what I do. I’m not just funny by myself. I’m not the only person in the movie. Not the only person in the script. It’s all of our years! Now, my comedy special that’s a different story.’
She is so lovable and down to earth! With such a great personality and sense of humor, it’s hard to believe she struggled for so long to get where she is today!
