Justin Bieber and his mom are like two peas in a pod. The mother-son bond has never broken although the Biebs staked his claim to fame a decade ago. That’s why a few of Pattie Mallette’s recent moves have got fans wondering if she is shading her son’s quick engagement.
Pattie’s Twitter bio used to read “yes Justin Bieber is my son” and has since been changed to “#LoveWins #LOVEARMY.”
Additionally, the pop star’s mama ‘liked’ Sean Lowe’s tweet that read: “Before proposing to a woman they’ve only known for a few weeks, I think the final guys on The Bachelorette should come help me scrub my kid’s diarrhea out of my living room rug just to make sure they’re serious about the whole “I want a family with you” thing.”
Some believe that Pattie was referring to her son and Hailey’s engagement after only dating for a few weeks before the “Friends” singer proposed in the Bahamas earlier this month.
The beliebers are one of the strongest celebrity fan bases which means they spotted these two ‘shady’ moves immediately.
One fan tweeted: “Pattie removed her “Yes. Justin Bieber is my son” bio. She doesn’t even claim him anymore lmaooooooo.”
To some, the evidence wasn’t enough to support that Mallette’s actions meant anything.
Hollywood Life reports that a fan revealed Pattie is simply a “Bachelorette” superfan which is why she ‘liked’ the message.
Meanwhile, Justin Bieber’s dad couldn’t be more ecstatic that his son is set to tie the knot.
Before the news broke, Jeremy Bieber uploaded a photo of Justin alongside a caption that read: “Proud is an understatement! Excited for the next chapter!”
Soon after, that’s when Justin and Hailey both confirmed the engagement on social media with lengthy posts.
Do you think Pattie was shading her son’s decision to propose to Hailey?
