The Braxton Family is full of talented women. In case you didn’t know, Tamar and Toni Braxton aren’t the only ones with the voice of an angel. Towanda, Traci, and Trina can sing too and according to a new interview, the famous siblings are going on tour.
You’ll be able to see all five of the songstresses in one place as soon as May. Toni Braxton just announced it on a radio show.
“I’m going on tour. Traci Braxton, Tamar Braxton, Toni Braxton. All of the [team]. Trina, Towanda, everybody,” she told the hostess.
The sisters are no stranger to sharing the stage together. All of them sung backup for Toni at one point after they weren’t offered a record deal for their group in the 90’s.
It may come as a surprise to some. Tamar has made it clear that she was sick of being Toni’s “doo whop chick” on multiple episodes on “Braxton Family Values.”
There was another instance where Towanda and Trina were worried about confronting their oldest sister about breaking the news that they no longer wanted to sing for her tours.
Since then, Tamar has had a flourishing R&B career. Trina and Traci have both released singles.
This tour news comes immediately after it was revealed that Birdman’s fiance owes the government over $750,000 in taxes.
Fans believe that the decision is part of Toni’s plan to earn money to pay back the state of California and the government.
The engaged singer is also marrying into financial trouble when she decides to say “I Do.”
Birdman is being sued by Lil Wayne for unpaid residuals over Drake and Nicki Minaj. The battle has been going on for years now and doesn’t seem like it will be coming to an end anytime soon.
Additionally, Birdman was just hit with a $12 million foreclosure lawsuit.
