Teresa’s Daughter Gia Giudice Is Determined To Fight Joe’s Deportation Ruling – “Let’s Fight This”

Following the announcement of Joe Giudice’s impending deportation, the Giudice family has been fighting the result. It has been revealed that Teresa is in the process of appealing.
And now, his 17-year-old daughter, Gia Giudice, is coming to her father’s defense, arguing that they have every intention of stopping the US government from deporting Joe.
On Wednesday, Entertainment Tonight confirmed that Joe would be sent back to Italy, the country in which he was born, following his parents’ immigration to the United States.
As it was previously reported, Teresa and Joe, both, pleaded guilty to multiple charges of fraud. At the end of his sentencing, Joe has to leave the United States, his home, permanently.
The reality star has thirty days to appeal. On Friday, his daughter, Gia, shared a video of Fred Rubino talking about Joe’s appeal. Rubino claims the judge was “racist” and “political.”
Previously, a source explained that Teresa is completely devastated by the news, and due to her four daughters, has no intention of uprooting her entire family to go along with Joe.
However, they can’t live without their father, and for that reason, Teresa and her daughters will appeal as soon as they can. An insider explained, “this has always been on the back of their mind, a nightmare of sorts.”
Another spectator explained the chance of Joe successfully appealing the decision is quite small. Joe is currently in prison, serving the remaining years of his 41-month sentence.
As you may know, Teresa and Joe both have served time for fraud. But due to Joe’s status as an immigrant, rather than a citizen, his circumstances are far more dire than that of Teresa, who is a United States citizen.
