It sounds like there was no way for Teresa Giudice’s husband, Joe to avoid being deported. According to new reports, one judge has ordered the man to go back to Italy.
Radar Online claims that today, a judge ruled Joe Giudice has to be sent back to his native country, much to his and his wife’s dismay.
‘Based upon the law, I find you deplorable and ineligible for any sort of relief. No matter how this turns out, Mr. Giudice, I wish you the very best. I decided on this case as a matter of law,’ Judge John Ellington reportedly said.
Obviously, Joe was shocked to learn the final decision of the court.
He supposedly argued: ‘I do not understand how I can be deported on this case. If you will, I will tell you my side. I should not even be here right now. I need to go back and tell my children this. They have been waiting to hear from me.’
The outlet says the Judge claimed he finds ‘no joy’ in the decision that affects his whole family but the law is the law.
Still, Joe continued to argue that ‘My charges are one of the lowest in this whole BOP facility, or whatever you call it. I can explain.’
The man has one more chance to reverse the decision as he has a month (before November 9) to file an appeal.
As fans know, the husband and wife were charged with no less than 41 counts of fraud back in 2013.
The following year, they pleaded guilty and were sentenced to serving time in jail.
In order for someone to be at home and take care of their four children, Teresa and Joe were able to go to prison separately.
Teresa remained behind bars from January to December of 2015.
As for Joe, he started his sentence in March of 2016 after being sentenced to 41 months with the possibility for deportation.
Are you shocked he might have to go back to Italy? Do you think Teresa and the kids with follow him?
