Teresa Giudice Is Speaking With Attorneys About Her Husband’s Deportation Ruling

According to a report from Radar Online, Teresa Giudice is currently seeking out legal counsel on behalf of her incarcerated husband, Joe Giudice, who is being deported back to Italy following fraud charges. A source who spoke with Radar claimed that Teresa is speaking with attorneys right now, and she’s also in the middle of getting ready for a divorce.
“She is leaning toward letting the appeal process play out,” the insider remarked and added that she isn’t about to make any official decisions as of yet.
On the 10th of October, Radar Online reported that an immigration judge ordered Joe to go back to his native country, in which he was born in. When he was an infant, his parents took him to the United States, and thus, he isn’t an American citizen.
Giudice has to appeal the process by the 9th of November, otherwise, it will be too late. Kim DePaola said to Radar that Teresa definitely won’t be going back to Italy.
Her entire life is in the United States, and her daughters have established lives here. As fans of the reality star know, she has also served a year in prison for fraud.
Teresa is still quite bitter about having to serve a prison sentence, a source explained, as she claims she didn’t know anything about committing the crime. Unfortunately, she wasn’t able to spend as much time as she wanted with her late mother, who died back in 2017.
Radar reported that Teresa is independent, both emotionally and financially, but is extremely worried about her daughter’s wellbeing, considering they need their father.
However, other sources have argued that their daughters have gotten used to not having him around. Teresa hasn’t spoken publicly about Joe’s impending deportation.
