The oldest daughter of Teresa and Joe Giudice is opening up about her father’s deportation order. Gia, 17, defended her dad by posting a video of someone named Fred Rubino requesting for an appeal of the previous decision. As you may know, the RHONJ star was given 30 days to do so.
In the clip, Rubino can be seen arguing that the judge’s ruling was ‘political’ and ‘racist’ due to the fact that Joe is actually Italian.
In the caption, Gia expressed her full support, saying: ‘Spread the word, could’ve said it better myself.. ❤️🙏🏻 I love you, daddy, let’s fight this! @fredrubino.’
Teresa Giudice is yet to publicly address the situation but a source told ET on Wednesday that she was absolutely ‘devastated.’
The woman is still hopeful that he will somehow manage to stay in America anyway.
But the insider claimed their marriage is in danger if Joe ends up being deported after the appeal.
‘The deportation has always been a thing in the back of the family’s mind, but now it is a harsh reality. As much as Teresa said that she would totally live in Italy with Joe in the past, that most likely will not happen as her father’s in the States, and so is her family and her friends. If Joe does not win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question.’
Furthermore, it was also reported that his four daughters would not be able to come with him to Italy either because they are all minors.
It seems like the appeal is the only chance Joe Giudice has to keep his current life and family together.
