The ruling that Joe Giudice will be deported after serving the rest of his prison sentence has definitely affected not only him, but the rest of his family as well. That being said, after his and Teresa Giudice’s eldest, Gia, addressed the whole thing, it is now Milania’s turn to share how ‘heartbroken’ she is.
The 13-year-old took to social media to open up about the judge’s decision.
‘My dad, who is the best dad in the world, needs to come home. We are not done fighting dad. I can’t believe this is happening. I can’t imagine another day without you. We’re gonna do everything that we can to fight this, daddy!! I love you with all of my heart buddy❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️#heartbroken,’ Milania wrote.

Thankfully, Joe still has until November 9 to appeal the deportation ruling.
But if his request is not granted, the man will have to go back to Italy without his wife and daughters and will most likely never be allowed to return to the States.
Meanwhile, a source shared with ET previously that the Real Housewives of New Jersey star, Teresa, is also hopeful they can win the appeal.
If they don’t manage to change things, however, she is apparently not willing to follow him back to Italy.
‘The deportation has always been a thing in the back of the family’s mind, but now it’s a harsh reality. As much as Teresa said she’d live in Italy with Joe in the past, that most likely will not happen as her father is in the States, and so are the rest of her family members and friends. If Joe does not win the appeal, his relationship with Teresa is in question.’
