Tekashi 69’s Legal Issues Continue: He Will Reportedly Be Re-Sentenced For Sexual Misconduct

Tekashi 69 has been in the spotlight for quite a while now especially since he got arrested. The police took him over firearms and racketeering charges, and now it seems that with each passing day, his case becomes more and more complex and complicated.
Hot New Hip Hop revealed that a law enforcement official has recently told TMZ that, based on video evidence, the New York Police Dept. believes that Takashi ordered a hit on rival Chief Keef’s cousin, Tadoe.
TMZ claims that Tekashi FaceTime’d Tadoe, back in May, and asked for where he lived repeatedly.
During the video that we have just mentioned, the rapper can be heard saying, ‘Yo, I gotta thirty pack on him right now, swear to God I gotta thirty pack. Thirty thou cash’ and it seems that this is a supposedly cryptic message that the police have since deciphered.
Reportedly, that’s putting a $30,000 price on someone’s head.
The Post has also reported that Tekashi could also be re-sentenced for posting a video online which depicts a 13-year-old girl who is engaged in a sexual act.
According to sources, 69 was not present during the conference between Justice Felicia Mennin, his defense lawyer, and prosecutors where the decision was made.
The decision comes after 69 served 1,000 hours of community service.
Sara Weiss, Assistant DA, said that Tekashi violated the plea deal by joining a gang and getting re-arrested twice during the probationary period.
