Teen Mom’s Maci Bookout Granted A Restraining Order Against Her Ex

According to a report from Radar Online, Maci Bookout was given the temporary restraining order she requested the judge on the 2nd of April, Monday. The Teen Mom alum was granted a restraining order against her ex, Ryan Edwards.
The mandate lasts up until the 21st of May, nearly two months. A clerk of the court said during the trial that Maci’s order against Ryan would continue until they both have their hearing in late May.
Back on the 29th of March, Thursday, several publications confirmed the news that the reality star had filed for protection from her 30-year-old ex-boyfriend.
The order protecting herself also includes her three children, Bentley, Jayde, and Maverick. Maci has Bentley with Edwards, and her other two children are with Taylor McKinney, her new husband.
In a report from Radar, Bookout supposedly accused her ex of leaving her threatening voicemail messages including death threats and threats of physical violence.
Edwards supposedly told her that he would hurt her if she didn’t answer her phone. Moreover, Bookout claims that Edwards threatened her during Bentley’s baseball game back in May of 2017.
Edwards supposedly was on heroin when he got in her face and started yelling. This news comes shortly after Edwards found himself in trouble with the law yet again because of heroin possession. It’s a very tumultuous time for him, as the ex-boyfriend of Maci is also expecting another child with his wife, Mackenzie Standifer.
A source who spoke with reporters from Us Weekly on the 30th of March claims Bookout is continually protecting her kids from experiencing the neverending drama. The insider shared, “Maci is a good mother and cares so much about her kids. She’ll never let anything happen to them and protecting them from Edwards is her number one priority.”
