After Farrah Abraham decided to sue Teen Mom and the entire network for harassment and David Eason was fired following his homophobic and transphobic rant on social media, it looks like the future of the reality TV show is quite uncertain. According to new reports, Tyler Baltierra, as well as other co-stars, are scared that Teen Mom might get canceled in the light of the recent scandals.
One source close to the reality TV dad revealed that ‘With Farrah getting fired and trying to sue, David being fired, he does not want anyone to pull the plug on the franchise.’
And indeed, we hear that despite the fact that MTV is still filming all is ‘up in the air right now.’
Our source went on to explain that ‘They are still going to film, but there is no guarantee that the footage will see the light of day if something happens.’
Even worse, two of the advertisers, Caesar Cuisine and Nutro Company are no longer going to air their commercials during the episodes.
As fans know already, the biggest scandal involved Jenelle Evans’ husband, David Eason posting a pic of his wife posing with a rifle just hours after the Florida school shooting.
After being criticized for his disrespect for the lives lost in the attack as well as for his parenting, David fired back and somehow turned the whole thing into hate speech towards the LGBT community.
‘Lmao, why don’t you all go tell the homo and transgender parents to start teaching their children better morals? Oh, I forgot that is supposed to be normal,’ David tweeted.
Meanwhile, Jenelle is on the chopping block, waiting to find out if she will get fired as well or not.
The source told us that ‘No cameras were at Jenelle’s house after David got fired the next day and there are no plans to resume filming anytime soon.’
