Loni Love and the others have reacted to the news that Tamar Braxton had filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert.
Last week, not many were surprised to discover that Braxton, who is always feuding with her manager and husband, decided to call it quits.
What did surprise many people is the fact the Braxton Family Values star is ready for a court battle with the mogul over the sole custody of their only child, Logan.
Another unexpected twist is the news that Braxton allegedly got depressed after getting dumped from The Real and it caused some of the fights that lead to the divorce.
After Braxton was fired from the daytime talk show, a bitter feud took place between her and many of her former friends including Love and Adrienne Bailon.
Despite the fact that all of these embarrassing things came out about Braxton and her ex-cohosts, Love decided to address the divorce.
The comedian looked at the camera and spoke directly to Braxton, saying: “Tamar, I know that we have been through a lot on this show and I understand that but you know what? We truly wish you the best, and we hope that you get through this.”
Jeannie Mai, who is also getting a divorce, got emotional and said: “When I heard this news, my heart really broke because I can only imagine what you guys are going through. For me, I know that just having loving support from solid friends and family means the world, and it helps with the healing. So, we really pray that you have that.”
Braxton addressed the divorce in a statement that read: “At this time we can confirm Ms. Braxton has made a tough decision and has filed for divorce from Vincent Herbert. Collectively, their son Logan and his well-being during this extremely unfortunate process is most important. We ask that everyone respects her privacy during this incredibly difficult time. She appreciates everyone’s love and prayers.”
The ladies are hoping to beat Wendy Williams and get Braxton’s first interview after she filed for divorce.
Braxton, who is often very vocal on social media, has not reacted to the segment.
