We recently reported that Tiny Harris’ husband rapper T.I. called off his boycott of Atlanta restaurant Houston’s. This great thing happened after he met with the executives to discuss the alleged racism showed by them.
Tip had a few meetings with the executives since October 2017.
He first imposed this boycott after more African American patrons have claimed that the restaurant would not set them, according to TMZ.
Tip’s boycott managed to get tons of support from ‘Love And Hip Hop Atlanta’ star Mama Dee after she and her own group were not served in the restaurant.
According to the report, Houston’s restaurant will not racially discriminate, and it will soon employ more minorities.
It also seems that the dress code will be changed as well.
Now, Tip posted a message on his Instagram account in which he sends his gratitude to everyone who helped him during this whole process.
‘As well as Jenny Drake, Miss Deb, Mrs.H, Rick Ross, and everyone else in the collective I had the pleasure of representing. All your testimonies made change possible. THIS IS ABOUT THE PEOPLE… NOT ME!!!!! #USorELSE’ Tip captioned his emotional post.
His fans and followers congratulated that rapper for what he accomplished. ‘Thanks, TIP & All the ones that are helping to bring fairness to all discriminatory in Houston Texas’ one of his followers posted.
‘Thank you for your continuing success in the Community!’ another fan posted. It’s excellent that Tip is doing everything he can for equal rights. Good job!
