Page Kennedy, who formerly starred in the film SWAT, found himself as a target of the police when a verbal dispute turned physical over the weekend. The authorities took the actor to the station on domestic violence charges.
In a report from TMZ, Page Kennedy, 41, got into a fight with a woman at his home and someone called the police. At first, the argument was just verbal, but it quickly turned into something more violent.
To make matters worse for Page, when the police finally arrived, the alleged victim had injuries consistent with physical abuse.
On Sunday night, the actor had to pay a bail of $50,000 and was subsequently released. And while not a lot of people have heard of Kennedy, his history in Hollywood is extensive, including television and film, but mostly on the small screen.
Kennedy had minor roles in shows and movies like Six Feet Under, Barbershop, Blind Justice, NYPD Blue, Weeds, CSI, and The Shield. In 2005, he found himself a spot on the popular series starring Eva Longoria, Desperate Housewives.
Unfortunately, he lost his job in November of 2005 following an internal investigation conducted by the studio. However, what went down isn’t currently known.
Sources close to the actor said to us: “Page is a good guy, but he has had some problems before, mostly due to temperamental things like losing control of his anger. I don’t know what happened to him with that woman, but I doubt it was anything overly serious.”
