After a few days ago the French Police managed to catch no less than 17 suspects in Kim Kardashian’s Paris robbery case, it seems like some of the perpetrators have already confessed on stealing $11 million worth of jewelry from Kim’s hotel suit in October of last year.
According to police reports, three of the originally detained suspects have been released on Tuesday night. Be it as it may, however, new claims say that the French investigators have finally managed to get somewhere with the case.
As we have already reported, one of the 14 men who are still in police’s custody is 27 year old Gary M. The man used to work as a personal driver for Kim, showing that the danger was closer than she may have though originally and that the whole heist could have been planned from the inside.
While she was in Paris, the Kardashian was taken to places by his brother, Michael. The man was released already, no proof of his involvement found. Whether or not, Gary M. is among the suspects that have already confessed is yet to be confirmed.
Two other suspects, “Aomar A-K” and “Marceau B” are believed to have fled to Antwerp, in the hours after the robbery took place.
According to the LCI, the stolen jewelry is thought to have been taken to a major hub of the international trade. None of the expensive jewels have been recovered, with the exception of a diamond cross necklace the robbers dropped the night of the heist while fleeing Kim’s luxurious suit at the No Name Hotel.
As you probably already know, the Kardashian was held at gun point and robbed of millions on the night of October 6, 2016. Since then, the French police have been looking into the case and the investigation has finally showed some results last week when they organized a raid and caught 17 suspects.
