Mimi Faust is putting all the drama behind her to focus on her family and the one that she loves — Tamera Young.
In a new interview, Mimi revealed that she has signed on to be on the next season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta but do not expect her to clash with her baby daddy, Stevie J.
The good news is that she will not be butting heads with her longtime nemesis, Joseline Hernandez, who has quit the series.
The mother of one did not sound very excited about being on the reality series because they will not paint an accurate picture of her new life.
Mimi confessed: “I am signed up for season seven. That’s always a toss-up. The show picks and chooses what they want to show. I’m just going to live my regular life and if they want to get on board and capture that. They are welcome to do that. Somewhere around April is when it airs.”
Rumor has it she will have a juicy storyline where Stevie J will be going after Tamera in hopes of reconquering Mimi.
However, Mimi revealed that she is done with Stevie and added: “I met Tamera about four years ago…and I kept seeing her out. I saw her twice at the airport, one in Chicago, one time in Atlanta. I saw her at a restaurant. Like the sixth time I ran into her, we started talking and exchanged numbers. At that time, I was in a relationship, but we just kept in touch. We developed a friendship just from a conversation, and one thing led to another. She’s very grounded; she’s very loyal, she’s all of the things that I wanted. She covers all those things. She’s got a great relationship with her parents; she wants the same things that I want. There are so many things that we have in common. It just worked.”
Mimi also revealed that she will be dropping a book soon, by saying: “The book will be about my life, from childhood to present day. It’s going to be extremely, extremely, extremely interesting.”
One fan told her to stay away from Stevie J: “You have a beautiful person in your life! She is just amazing just enjoy each other and doesn’t worry abt that clown, Stevie!”
Another repeated the same thing: “Chile doesn’t explain you to these foolish people. You know folks are always going to have something to say about something! Stay away from ur baby daddy and his drama.”
This person begged her not to leave the show: “Don ‘t leave like joseline, get ur coins. Hopin the best nd the best is yet to rejoice in your accomplishments stays blessed go god ever takes you from nowhere to somewhere.”
Are you happy Mimi will be on the new season of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta?
