Former Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel was caught partying with Ashley Jacobs days before a scheduled court appearance. Ravenel and Jacobs attended a Halloween party with another former co-star, K. Cooper Ray, who shared videos of the festivities on social media.
Ravenel was fired from Bravo’s hit reality show after several women came forward and accused him of sexual assault. The Southern Charm star is scheduled to appear before a judge on Nov. 5 to answer charges of second-degree assault and battery.
The charges stem from an incident involving Ravenel’s former nanny, whom he allegedly assaulted inside his Charleston home.
In 2015, the nanny claims Ravenel undressed her and tried to have sex with her. The victim told police that the underwire in her bra cut her while Ravenel tried to take it off. Her shirt also got caught around her neck, making it hard to breathe. Ravenel turned himself in this past September and will not be a part of the show next season.
Ray, meanwhile, was a part of the show for two seasons and posted videos of Ravenel and Jacobs partying it up at his home in Charleston.
According to Radar Online, Ravenel and Jacobs parted ways this past summer amid a cheating scandal. The pair eventually reunited, and Jacobs has vowed to support Ravenel throughout the sexual assault scandal.
While Ravenel is no longer a part of Southern Charm, there are rumors that Bravo invited Jacobs back next season.

An insider claims that producers want to bring Jacobs back in a limited role. They would like to see Jacobs make friends with other members of the cast and are willing to work with her even if that does not happen.
That said, other sources claim the talks fell through because Ashley Jacobs did not think she could do what producers wanted.
New episodes of Southern Charm – the first without Thomas Ravenel – will return in 2019.
