Just when you thought the drama between former Southern Charm stars Thomas Ravenel and Ashley Jacobs was over, they have come storming back. Insiders say that thanks to Hurricane Florence, Ravenel and Jacobs have rekindled their romance, and they are officially back together.
“Ashley spent the whole weekend with Thomas while the hurricane hit around them,” a source claims. “They are back together now!”
Ravenel chose not to evacuate his South Carolina home and avoided damage because the storm turned and hit North Carolina. While Jacobs was at Ravenel’s Daniel Island home over the weekend, she posted multiple pics and videos on social media of herself playing with the two kids he shares with Kathryn Dennis, Kensie and Saint.

According to Radar Online, Ravenel was never fully able to break up with Jacobs because he couldn’t “give up on her.” And even though he did get upset that she started to date other people, they have continued to spend a ton of time together and continue their “twisted love affair.”
But it’s not just their relationship that has new life. There is also a possibility that the couple could be returning to Southern Charm for Season 6. Jacobs wants her chance for a redemption story, and she says that her return is still “up in the air.”
Jacobs told People Magazine that Bravo hasn’t asked her to return, but they haven’t said no, either. She explained that someone told her that they tend to wait until the last minute with people who aren’t full-time cast members, so that could be why the network hasn’t talked to her yet.

Ravenel said last month on Twitter that he would not be doing the show anymore, and that Bravo took advantage of him. He revealed that his contract gave the network the right to fictionalize his story, and he just has too much to lose.
But Jacobs wants a second chance. She says she hopes they have “the decency” to contact her and give her the chance to redeem herself, as they did with Kathryn Dennis. The 33-year-old nurse says that she wouldn’t fight or play dirty. But instead, she would smile and be nice. Jacobs claims that she didn’t have the chance to do that last season because she got wrapped up in Thomas Ravenel’s drama.
She ended up being the villain, and Ashely Jacobs says that she wants viewers to get the chance to see a different side of her.
New episodes of Southern Charm will return to Bravo next year.
