‘Southern Charm’ Stars Patricia Altschul Barely Avoids Awkward Run-In With Thomas Ravenel

Talk about an awkward encounter. Patricia Altschul almost accidentally ran into her disgraced Southern Charm co-star Thomas Ravenel while enjoying a quiet night on the town.
Fans spotted Altschul dining at the Halls Chophouse in Charleston with her mystery man, whom eyewitnesses say is quite the looker for his age.
The two waited at the bar until at table opened. Things almost turned awkward, however, when Ravenel arrived right after the two were escorted to their seats. If Ravenel had showed up a few minutes earlier, they would have probably crossed paths.

A source told Tamra Tattles that Ravenel arrived at the restaurant with another man. The two men approached a woman at the bar and left with her after a brief exchange.
Ravenel and his companion returned after a few minutes in the parking lot. They then walked over to another table of women and ogled them for a few seconds before taking their own seat.
The insider says that Ravenel and Altschul saw each other at the restaurant but avoided contact like the plague.
Ravenel was fired from Southern Charm following allegations that he sexually assaulted a former nanny working under his employ. He is currently awaiting the start of his trial and is facing serious criminal charges.
Altschul, meanwhile, recently slammed Ravenel’s former girlfriend, Ashley Jacobs on social media. The Southern Charm star poked fun of Jacobs’s announcement that she is leaving the series.
Jacobs appeared on the show last season as Ravenel’s girlfriend and made it sound like she was the one who decided not to return.
“After prayerful consideration, I’ve decided to decline the Nobel Peace Prize and the swimsuit cover of Sports Illustrated,” Altschul joked.

Sources say that Bravo asked Jacobs to return in Season 6, but producers were unsure what her role would be. Because she does not have a lot of friends on Southern Charm, they wanted Jacobs to mingle with the rest of the women on the show.
Unwilling to make a commitment, Jacobs declined the offer and will not be appearing on the new season.
