Southern Charm star Thomas Ravenel and his girlfriend Ashley Jacobs just celebrated one year together, and despite allegations of her being an escort and an investigation into sexual assault accusations against him, the couple claims their relationship is stronger than ever. Does this mean that wedding bells could be in their future?
Last year at this time, Ravenel and Jacobs had just met. But just a couple of weeks later he introduced her to his two kids – Kensie and Saint, who he shares with Kathryn Dennis – and Jacobs moved from California to South Carolina to start a new life with Ravenel.
According to Romper, the two are not yet engaged, but a ring could possibly be coming in the near future. Or, maybe he is waiting until next season to pop the question. Either way, fans are going to have to wait to see how things play out between them.

In recent episodes of Southern Charm, Ravenel and Jacobs seemingly hit a rough patch when he started spending more time with Dennis and their kids. This caused problems between Jacobs and Dennis, and their fights have subsequently caused issues between Jacobs and other cast members.
But Ravenel and Jacobs don’t appear to be letting any outside issues affect their relationship, including the recent sexual assault allegations against him.
“Ashley loves Thomas — the two of them have a great bond,” says an insider. “Their relationship is stronger than ever, even among these allegations.”
The source goes on to say that Ravenel’s past is irrelevant, and it has nothing to do with how Jacobs looks at him. She is aware that he has a history, but for her, it is all about the future. “Their relationship is the real deal,” says the insider.
Two different women are accusing Ravenel of sexual misconduct. Nanny Dawn, who took care of his two kids, claims he tried to kiss her one evening after he came home from a night out with friends. And, a woman named Ashley Perkins says that the 55-year-old sexually assaulted her mother, Debbie Holloway Perkins, after the two matched on Tinder and met up for a date.
Ravenel has denied both claims, and the Charleston, South Carolina police are currently conducting an investigation. The producers of Southern Charm have yet to make a decision about Ravenel’s future with the show, but he did not attend the recent fifth season reunion taping.
Ashley Jacobs, however, did show up for the taping in New York City so she could give her and Thomas Ravenel’s side of the story.
New episodes of Southern Charm air Thursday nights on Bravo.
