A pal of the TV personality revealed that Simon Cowell had a very ‘scary morning.’ The 58-year-old was rushed to the hospital today following an accident that took place in his own home in London – the celeb fell down the stairs after apparently fainting out of nowhere.
According to new reports, the talent competitions mogul was taken to the hospital by an emergency team on a stretcher, and he was even wearing a neck brace.
The accident took place today sometime between 7:30 and 8:30 A.M.
At the time, Cowell was heading to the kitchen before he passed out and fell down the stairs as a result.
‘It has been a scary morning. It was very early, and Simon was going down his stairs to get some hot milk because he couldn’t sleep. An ambulance was called, and he was stretchered out of the house in a neck brace surrounded by worried aides.’ one source claimed.
As of now, Simon Cowell seems to be in a stable condition, but it looks like he might be missing a few X Factor episodes while recovering.
When asked about whether or not he’ll be in attendance tomorrow, the TV star stated: ‘I will be back, but I don’t know about tomorrow.’
We hope he’s going to get well soon!
