As fans of The Bachelor know already, last month, beloved couple Sean and Catherine Lowe welcomed their second addition to the family – baby boy Isaiah! But despite having twice as many kids to care for now, apparently, they haven’t really felt the weight of that yet.
‘This baby just sleeps all day long. It’s really nice for us! So far, so good!’ the man told ET.
Catherine had to have a C-section in May, which according to Sean, was without complications.

As she is recovering, the two are splitting their parent responsibilities equally.
‘It is my job to take Samuel to the park, take him on walks. I just want to expend as much of his energy as possible to help take the load off Catherine’s shoulders. … She is doing awesome. She was meant to be a mom. She never complains, even though she definitely gets less sleep than I do. I try to help her in any way I can. She is such a trooper.’
The reality star confessed that he was expecting their second child to be a girl which is why he was ‘stunned’ by Isaiah’s birth.
‘I could not believe it. I would have been happy either way. It’s cool. I never had a brother, so I am excited about this new dynamic in our family, two boys so close in age.’
Sean also talked about how welcoming the second bundle of joy has changed him.
‘I’ve probably become more emotional with this second one. I was watching the news and saw this sad story, and it gripped me in a way it did not before I had kids. I am thinking about life insurance and ways I need to make sure my family is taken care of.’
They sound like great parents! Maybe a baby girl is next?
