After Nicki Minaj slammed her ex Safaree Samuels during a new interview for apparently stealing her credit cards, falsely claiming he wrote ‘100%’ of her songs during their relationship and more, the man is now shooting back. In fact, he shockingly claims Nicki stabbed him during one of their fights, and that he covered for the female emcee to the authorities.
Following Minaj’s Hot 97 interview, Safaree took to Twitter to call her out for abuse!
According to him, Nicki once ‘cut’ him so badly that he was rushed to the hospital on a stretcher.
But when the police asked, the man says he told them it was a suicide attempt in order to protect her.
Furthermore, in his tweets, he also denied his own claims that he wrote all of his ex’s songs she released during their relationship and even a couple after their split.
Despite telling Wendy Williams last year that he was the one to create ‘100%’ of Minaj’s songs, Safaree now says he never claimed such a thing.
‘How many times have I said that I never wrote ur raps? Nobody even talks about that anymore. You hold onto everything. let all that ish go. And now I stole your card? The one you gave me the pin for and had me doing ish with?’ Safaree ranted on social media in response to Nicki’s Hot 97 interview.

Finally, he shockingly wrote: ‘Remember the night you cut me and i almost died the police and ambulance had to take me out the house on a stretcher and I’d to lie and tell them I was trying to kill myself so they would not take you to jail. When things like that start to happen more than once it’s time to dip.’
