In her protective order request, the Teen Mom star alleged that her baby daddy threatened Taylor McKinney‘s life. Shockingly enough, Maci Bookout’s ex Ryan Edwards reportedly warned he’d ‘put a bullet’ in her current husband’s head.
In the document, McKinney detailed the behavior of the troubled man leading up to his arrest on March 27.
‘He called me on Tuesday, March 20, 2018, and threatened to show up at my home and put a bullet in my head. The police were called, and they suggested to try an order of protection,’ he explained.
The father of two of Maci’s kids – Jayde, 2 and Maverick, 1 – went on to talk about Edwards’ ‘history of drug abuse.’
‘He has also said he’d show up at our son’s baseball game and confront us, my wife and I,’ he alleged.
McKinney’s request for protection is similar to the one Bookout got for herself and her three kids.
Edwards was asked to stay away from McKinney and never contact him in any way.
The temporary request for protection has been approved by the court.
Meanwhile, Maci’s own restraining order against the father of 9-year-old Bentley reads: ‘He has left voicemails threatening to show up at home and take my son. He’s made threats to show up and hurt me if I do not answer my phone.’
The reality TV star also claimed that Edwards ‘showed up under the influence of heroin and got all in my face, yelling and threatening to hurt me,’ at her son’s baseball game back in May of last year.
‘His behavior and actions are getting worse. I’m fearful for my three children and myself, and what he may do, based on his threats,’ she went on, referring to his tendency to drive under the influence.
