Ronnie Ortiz-Magro is going a hard time these days. The “Jersey Shore” star is back in the spotlight after a very successful first season of the “Jersey Shore” reboot but his personal life couldn’t be more in shambles. After his ex-girlfriend Jen Harley dragged him with her car during a violent argument on June 25, Ron is seeking legal custody of their 2-month-old daughter who was in the back seat during the scary incident.
Jen and Ron’s baby girl, Ariana Sky, is currently being taken care of by Ronnie and his mother. Harley is currently allowed to spend time with her child but has minimal contact with Magro since she was released after being charged with a domestic battery misdemeanor.
Sources close to the two told TMZ that the “JS” star wants 50/50 custody since there is no legal agreement in place. He will most likely be granted the rights since Jen was the one who seriously injured him.
Celebrity Insider recently reported that Harley tried to turn the blame on her baby’s daddy by saying that he was hitting her during the dispute. Even if Ron was guilty in some way, the authorities found her to be the primary aggressor which is why she was arrested. After seeing what is assumed to be Ronnie’s blood in and out of the car, it’s not hard to believe.
If the gruesome photos aren’t enough proof, there was another argument that escalated just a few weeks before Monday’s drama. The model was accused of hitting and spitting on Ron at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas.
The cops were called, but by that time the mother of two had fled the scene. She denied that she put her hands on the reality star but there were witnesses present who said otherwise.
Hopefully, the 32-year-old and his ex can find a peaceful way to co-parent which would be best for Ariana Sky.
