Is this going to happen at Wrestlemania 33? Time will tell between Ronda Rousey and Charlotte Flair.
Ronda Rousey was saying that she’s an “unbeatable” MMA competitor until her shocking loss to Holly Holm. She remains an underdog in fighting Amanda Nunes on Dec. 30.
If Rousey fights and reclaims her UFC Bantamweight Championship, she’s in a nice position in taking the next step. Not only that, WrestleMania 33 would be her possible next destination. UFC is willing to pay huge money for Ronda Rousey’s next battle by mid of next year. Not only she might not just show up at ‘Mania, but there are also some speculations regarding her match against “The Queen” and the current WWE Raw Women’s Champion Charlotte Flair.
Ronda Rousey is making a name for herself in the World Wrestling Entertainment. If that happens, the entire WWE women’s division is going to have some real competition. Is Ronda Rousey a force to be reckoned with? Does any of the Divas in the Raw and Smackdown Live locker room could stand a chance against Ronda?
Vince McMahon wants to take the WWE Women’s Division to the next level. They’ve done their first step, making Charlotte Flair and Sasha Banks as the first women to compete in the pay-per-view’s main event inside the Hell in a Cell.
If WWE wants Ronda Rousey badly, they need to find a competitor who is worthy to face her. Bayley, Sasha Banks, Nia Jax, Natalya, Alexa Bliss to name a few, are good enough for Ronda Rousey. It seems that she has a new fan base in WWE aside from UFC. It looks like that WWE’s ratings will go higher once they make a deal with her. Even Connor McGregor is on the prospect list! There are rumors that WWE might offer Connor McGregor a multi-year contract to entertain the WWE Universe.
There’s a possibility that Ronda Rousey could compete in the upcoming WWE Royal Rumble before facing Charlotte at Wrestlemania 33. It’ll be simply awesome, the first women to compete in the main event of WWE’s, biggest pay-per-view event.
